Growing up in the Mid Atlantic. I remember spending time with friends from all over the world, going to international festivals, and markets. Some of my most fond memories were from the kitchens where I called the "head chef" Nonna, Abuela, MeeMaw, or Mumum. I spent hours learning recipes, listening to life stories, and watching old world artisans make miracles with simple ingredients. I watched, first hand, from an early age, food bring people together.

Fat Cat Catering comes from a lifelong desire to share food, kindness, humanity, and the things that bring us together. I made the decision to start this project in a time where people seem separated. I chose this timing because right now we need each other more than ever. Every day I put my heart into my food so that my customers, friends, and companions can share in the celebration of each other.
